The Alabama State cross country teams were off last week and took the time to prepare for the 2015 Crimson Classic that is hosted by the University of Alabama.

Bowling gets their season started this week in Louisiana, while football, cross country, soccer and volleyball are all on the road.

With a week off, the Alabama State Cross Country teams are looking to continue a good season as they travel to Louisville, Kentucky for the 2015 Greater Louisville Classic.

It's a road trip weekend for ASU as the soccer team heads for a Friday match at Grambling State and Arkansas-Pine Bluff on Sunday, volleyball travels up north to Alabama A&M on Friday while the cross country goes to Louisville!

With the absence of Paige Rankine, the Lady Hornets still was able to finish strong.
